Deck Equipment:
Deck moulded in a single piece including the bridge by means of laminate with expanded foam sandwich and GRP, using polyester resins. The exterior finish of the deck is S. Belliure ivory colour gel-coat painted directly onto the mould.
Deck and Hull joint: The deck is joined to the hull by bolting the rim of the gunwhale of the deck to the same part of the hull, laminating on the inside with GRP along the entire perimeter and packing the bulwark with expanded foam by means of pressure injection. The deck is also laminated to the top of all the bulkheads.
All the calculations for laminates, structures and other components comply with the standards of the Germanisher Lloyd.
All the materials employed in the manufacture of the hull and deck comply with ISO 9000 standards.

Hull description:
Hull moulded in a single piece with monolithic polyester laminate reinforced with fibreglass and polyester resins. It has longitudinal and transversal reinforcements in high-density foam sandwich which are laminated and integrated into the hull to form an extremely hard-wearing and suitably flexible structure. The bulkheads are made of marine grade plywood, glued together into a single piece and laminated to the hull using GRP. In this way they are incorporated into the hull, forming part of its structure. The exterior of the hull is gel-coated directly on to the mould and the external stripes are painted after with two pack polyurethane paint.
