Hull and deck and structural walls are laminated by an infusion process with epoxy resins on fibre glass and Kevlar as well as with the benefits of PVC sandwich foam. The infusion process optimizes to the maximum the mechanical properties of the laminate and also avoids the emission of polluting gases into the atmosphere.

The hull and deck are made from the latest generation of epoxy resins which unquestionably confer the resistant characteristics to the laminate. In addition the use of the epoxy resin in the hull significantly reduces the risk of osmosis.
In the structural design of the hull specially selected materials including Kevlar have been used to improve resistance to impacts.

The engineering company Arquinautic, S.L. has realised the structural calculation for the BELLIURE 60MY using the new ISO/DIS 12215 standard and its annex H, referring to dynamic loads of impact and calculation process with the help of the latest generation of specialized software.

All Belliure boats are delivered with antiosmosis treatment and premium quality antifouling on bottom.
